Nicholaus also works nationally to help improve communities by electing individuals to office who serve the people. Nicholaus is currently the CEO of Outen Management & Consulting LLC

Willis graduated from Ohio State University in 1983 followed by a M.S. degree from Georgia Tech in 1985. He is a seasoned Industrial Designer and has supported bringing numerous inventions and products to manufacturing to the commercial market.
